1 Teaspoon of Matcha
1 Large Banana
1 Teaspoon Chia seeds
1 Handful of Spinach
½ Cup Almond Milk
1 tsp Honey or Agave
1 cup of ice
Blend Ingredients in blender until smooth. Sit back, sip & relax.
Be sure to close your Matcha tin securely so it will not oxidize and stay moisture free. Store in cool temperature away from heat or light.
Try using frozen fruits- bananas, mango chunks or peaches. Substitute chia seeds with flax seeds, spirulina or wheat germ.
